His work has impacted communities statewide, serving Fortune 500 companies as well as city, county, and state agencies.

Recognized by the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) as Outstanding Civil Engineer, he is known for challenging conventional approaches, and championing collaboration as a catalyst for innovation. His teams are consistently encouraged to explore emerging technologies, rethink processes, and deliver smarter, more resilient solutions that raise the bar for efficiency and long-term value.

A passionate advocate for sustainability, Isaac is committed to integrating ecological responsibility into every stage of development. Outside of his professional and volunteer commitments, Isaac is a passionate triathlete and Ironman finisher, bringing the same discipline, endurance, and drive to his athletic pursuits as he does to shaping sustainable, forward-looking spaces that serve communities today while anticipating the needs of tomorrow.
